These are a few snaps I took at Talisker‘s outpost teepee of little Avia, Max, and “Ducky.” An artist, Fred Calleri, will be taking these images and turning into a beautiful painting…I can’t wait to see his interpretation of it!

It was a warm summer day, we had a pile of kites, an open field to run in, and five little ones eager to play. I had been to Luther Burbank Park for another shoot, but it had been a few years, and It was fun to re-visit with this lovely family, and enjoy the various play areas, fields, trails, and waterfront views….

This handsome gentleman, Regan, is in his final year of high school! I have known his mom Linda for a few years now, and think so highly of her and her incredible family. It was a delight to walk around Capitol Hill with Regan and Linda, chatting about life, laughing at Regan’s sarcastic sense of humor, and sharing a cup of coffee at one of my favorites, Cafe Presse.

I met the Bowman’s through some family friends (and now clients), the Kyners, in Charlottesville, Virginia. They have lived in London for the past two years, and it was wonderful to meet them, spend some quality time in their home, and explore a bit of London with them. Last weekend I had the privilege of volunteering as a photographer for the Medical Teams International 2014 “Field of Dreams” dinner and auction at Safeco Field. It was wonderful to observe and capture the generosity that filled the rooms, and the field full of eager attendees, all with the intent of providing access to medical care for those in need all around the globe. I photographed little Ily when she was eight days old, and now she’s eight months old! My how time flies…. I saw this little fur coat, and thought Ily would just look darling in it. Between the hat, the coat, and the sheepskin rug, she was pretty much swimming in fur.
